Winery visit

Discover the authentic soul of wine through an exclusive experience. One of the most renowned wineries in the Langhe opens its doors to guide you on a refined journey through tradition, history, and passion. A guided tour through the production areas, where every detail reflects the excellence of the art of winemaking. The experience continues in an elegant permanent in-house museum, preserving memories, tools, and artifacts that tell the story of a timeless craft.


Tasting

The visit concludes with the most anticipated moment of the experience: an exclusive guided tasting. The wines of the Langhe reveal themselves in all their personality, intensity, and elegance, an authentic expression of a unique territory. Vintage motorcycle tours

Enjoy an authentic experience discovering the Langhe and Roero regions. You will admire rolling hill landscapes, vineyards, historic villages, and scenic roads aboard vintage motorcycles, perfect for those seeking a journey filled with nostalgic charm and immersive atmospheres. A unique and evocative way to explore our territory: freedom on two wheels, a slower pace, and all the timeless appeal of classic motorcycles. The rental service is available by reservation and can be arranged directly through our B&B, with dedicated assistance, recommended itineraries, and logistical support.


Truffle hunting

Experience an authentic search for the Alba truffle in the Langhe hills, accompanied by a fourth-generation trifulau (truffle hunter) and his loyal dog. Just a 5-minute drive away, you will discover the secrets and traditional techniques of truffle hunting while searching for prized white or black truffles. This activity lasts approximately 2 hours and is available by reservation in Italian, English, and French. It includes a pleasant walk through forests and vineyards. Along the way, the truffle hunter will share insights about truffle-producing trees, truffle digging techniques, and the training of truffle dogs. An immersive experience in the nature and culture of the Langhe, ideal for discovering one of the region’s most precious treasures.

Guided hazelnut tasting

Let be guided on a journey of discovery dedicated to the hazelnut of the Langhe region — from roasted nuts to artisanal spreads, through aromas and flavors that tell the story of the land and the care behind a fully organic production process. The tasting experience is enhanced by a glass of paired wine and concludes with a convivial moment featuring a delicate hazelnut-flavored coffee accompanied by artisanal pastries. The experience also includes a guided tour of the processing laboratory, with an explanation of the production stages and insights into the history of the Piedmont hazelnut.

From the hazelnut grove to the "ciabot.”

After tasting our organic products, let yourself be guided on a walk through the hazelnut orchard and then to the Ciabot del Castello, a 17th-century farmhouse where, as an additional option to the visit, it is also possible to choose a cooking class or simply enjoy a lunch or dinner with a private Michelin-starred chef.
